On Friday, 2nd May 2025, Kabarak University and the County Government of Elgeyo Marakwet entered a strategic partnership to enhance academic collaboration and community development. The Vice-Chancellor of Kabarak University, Prof. Henry K. Kiplangat, and the Deputy Governor of Elgeyo Marakwet County, H.E. Prof. Grace Cheserek, officially signed and exchanged a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) during a brief but significant ceremony.

Kabarak University continues to strengthen its global footprint in higher education through strategic international collaborations. On March 21, 2025, a high-level delegation led by Professor Henry K. Kiplangat, Vice-Chancellor of Kabarak University, visited a prestigious institution in China to explore opportunities for academic and industry cooperation.

In a strategic move to enhance student career development, Kabarak University today hosted a delegation from Ltd for a follow-up meeting on the ongoing Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two institutions. The session, led by Vice-Chancellor Prof. Henry Kiplangat and members of the University Management Board, served as a platform to explore new ways of enriching students’ professional journeys through direct engagement with industry leaders.

Kabarak University had the honour of hosting a Kenya delegation. The team, comprising Caroline Tegek, Head of Treasury and Business; Felix Kiema, Business Development Manager for Nakuru; and Doreen Ndeke, Accounts Officer, paid a courtesy call to the Vice-Chancellor, . The meeting was also attended by members of the university’s management team.

Kabarak University was honoured to host a delegation from the Kenya Education Network (KENET) today. The KENET team, led by Executive Director Prof. Meoli Kashorda, paid a courtesy call to the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Henry Kiplangat, nurturing a spirit of collaboration and mutual dedication to enhance Kenya's education system.
