On Tuesday, 26 September 2023, Kabarak Law School held its inaugural Fresher's Welcome Breakfast, titled "The Ideal Lawyer Breakfast" at Lake Bogoria Spa and Resort – Kabarak, starting at 7:00 a.m. During the event, the Dean of the School of Law, Prof J Osogo Ambani, welcomed the Year One Semester One class and highlighted the exceptional qualities of the School.

The journey into higher education often begins with excitement and curiosity. For incoming freshmen at Kabarak University, this voyage commenced with a memorable orientation session. The university's esteemed Members of Management, renowned for their commitment to academic excellence and student welfare, convened at the Kabarak University Convocation Hall to personally welcome the new students. This event served not only as an informative session but also as a heartfelt gesture to set the tone for a successful academic adventure.

Kabarak University in an effort to inspire and encourage young minds to pursue higher education and broaden their horizons, extended a warm welcome to students from Maasai Girls School and Katheka Kai Secondary School from Machakos. This pre-university exposure visit was a remarkable opportunity for these students to gain insights into academic qualifications, receive valuable counseling, and participate in a meaningful tree-planting session at the prestigious institution.

Kabarak University's Chaplain, Rev. Justus Mutuku, led a dedicated panel-based chapel to report on a recent mission to Kapsowar. The mission, which sought to bring the good news to the people of Kapsowar, left an indelible mark on the hearts and lives of thousands. The Vice-Chancellor Prof. Henry Kiplangat, in his remarks, expressed profound gratitude to the missioners for their remarkable efforts.
